As our Chief Concierges 2IC you will be assisting in managing our Concierge team across Hotel operations. You will be:
- Assisting in efficiently managing the Concierge team ensuring the highest standards of luxury service are consistently delivered.
- Leading by example in assisting guests with queries and providing recommendations. You will be knowledgeable on Whats On in Sydney and be able to provide assistance with dining experiences tickets to a show attraction to see or transportation.
- Fostering a consistent and guestcentric culture within the team to be able to deliver a guest experience like no other in line with our luxury brand standards.
- Motivating and mentoring the team supporting their career growth.
- Learning from our experienced Chief Concierge and Hotel leadership team.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this newly created role you will have:
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Experience in a luxury hotel environment or luxury service role
- The demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service exceeding expectations
- Strong organisational skills and ability to effectively manage priorities
- Demonstrated versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
- Proven team management experience
- The desire to continue your own learning & growth as we work together to achieve goals
