General cooking for breakfast and dinner buffets from preparation to finishing
Serving food to guests in the open kitchen
Cooking for banquets (Japanese and Western cuisine)
Inventory management and ordering of ingredients
Other duties as determined by the hotel
Qualifications :
- Able to speak Japanese
- Those who value teamwork
- Preferential treatment for those with at least one year of cooking experience
- Hotel work experience preferred
