Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests ensuring all special requests are communicated to the kitchen and bar.
Service Coordination: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth service flow.
Upselling: Proactively promote menu items beverages and special promotions to maximize revenue opportunities.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of food and beverage presentation meets Fairmont standards before serving to guests.
Problem Resolution: Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally striving to resolve issues to the guests satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members to provide seamless service and contribute to a positive working environment.
Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment for guests and colleagues.
