- Preparar los platos del men del da a partir de las demandas recibidas asando la a la parrilla asando los alimentos.
- Preparacin del mise en place de rea de fros y calientes.
- Montar los platos individuales buffet y bandejas.
Qualifications :
- Profesional con estudios terminados en Gastronoma
- 2 3 aos de experiencia en hoteles de la misma categora o restaurantes.
- Conocimiento en cocina peruana e internacional.
