Sales Manager Arabic Speaker
We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth from the Arabian market to deliver excellent results.

What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for the target market that aligns with the overall hotel strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Saudi Arabian market
- Generate leads and identify potential new business opportunities including group business MICE and leisure segments
- Develop packages and promotions that appeal to the Saudi Arabian market and drive incremental revenue
- Achieve set targets to deliver excellent results
- Attend relevant trade events and exhibitions and represent the hotel to potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments including F&B Revenue Management and Operations to ensure an excellent guest experience
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role in the hospitality industry with specific experience in the Arabian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and develop plans that align with the overall hotel strategy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive business growth
- Fluent in English and Arabic is required
