Were seeking an enthusiastic dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and lead our team of housekeeping professionals!
In this essential role you your main duties will include:
- Leading the daytoday supervision of the housekeeping team.
- Lead motivate train and develop all Housekeeping team members.
- Uphold Pullman Customer & Service standards to maintain consistent and high quality cleanliness and service standards.
- Organise and allocate rooms for rostered team members on shift.
- Collect and stock all linens in order to assist your Housekeeping team.
- Assist with the public area cleaning throughout the day.
- Assist with the cleaning of hotel guest rooms including bathrooms rearranging beds and organising as per Pullman Guest Room Standards.
- Ensure appropriate chemical safety and OH&S standards are practiced and maintained to the highest standard.
- Collect and stock all linens in order to assist your Housekeeping team.
- Assist with the public area cleaning throughout the day.
- Greet all guest with whom you come into contact with and assist them with any special requests they may have.

- Previous supervisory experience within a hotel environment is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to see through the guests eyes.
- Problem solving skills to ensure the day runs smoothly.
- Reliability and flexibility to work a rotating roster.
- Experience with Opera and HUB OS is highly desirable.
