Job Description
- Perform spa treatments including massages facials body wraps and scrubs according to the spa protocols and standards.
- Consult with clients to assess their individual needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments and ensure accurate billing.
- Uphold the highest levels of customer service ensuring clients are comfortable relaxed and satisfied with their spa experience.
- Maintain a clean organized and tranquil treatment room.
- Follow health and safety regulations and ensure that all equipment and products are sanitized and stored properly.
Qualifications :
- Certification or diploma in massage therapy or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in a spa resort or wellness center.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques such as Swedish deep tissue hot stone aromatherapy etc.
- Knowledge of body and skin care treatments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform massage therapies for extended periods.
