Job Description
As a Luggage Porter at The Mozart Prague you will play a crucial role in providing a warm welcome and assisting guests with their luggage and other needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with luggage to and from their rooms.
- Providing information about the hotels facilities services and local attractions.
- Coordinating with the front desk to ensure efficient guest service.
- Handling guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
- Assisting with valet parking and other duties as required
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Czech and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding service.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
