What you will be doing:
- Set up banquet and dining areas according to event specifications
- ensure all table settings are clean properly arranged and meet standards
- Serving group functions per individual client specifications
- Server food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Ensure guests needs are met throughout the event including refilling drinks and addressing any special requests
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists promotions and menus

Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous food and beverage service experience required
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage and a passion for service
- Proven experience in flourishing in dynamic team environments
- Flexible schedule ability to work weekends evenings and holidays.
- WA Food Handler Card required
- WA Liquor control (MAST) card required
- Must hold valid US work authorization
Physical Requirements Include:
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
- Frequent kneeling pushing pulling lifting
- Must be able to perform simple grasping fine manipulation and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally
