Job Description
As a Waiter/Waitress your main purpose will be to deliver exceptional service to our guests ensuring their dining experience is both enjoyable and memorable. Your main focus and activities will include:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables and dining areas
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guests questions about the menu
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle payments and transactions accurately
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Proficiency in Czech and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic
