Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Being Creative to create Beverages
- Ensure smooth running bar operation
- Assists the Asst. Outlet Manager in organizing the F&B point of sale from A to Z
- Ensures guest satisfaction quality and high standards of service for customers
- Helps the point of sale attain profitable results
- Ensure strict application of in focus SOPs and is responsible for minimum score achievement as per regular target
Qualifications :
- Minimum 12 years previous experience within similar role as Mixology
- Good communications skills both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Good knowledge of F&B service operation especially Lobby lounge and bar operation
- Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
