Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate all group arrangements
- Work with group contacts to facilitate program planning and requirements
- Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments
- Follow up with PostConference reports and review group billings
- Input all group bookings and update booking activities in the system on a weekly basis
- Prepare reports maintain proper records and filing system in accordance to F&B sales administration process
- Ensures guest satisfaction quality and high standards of service for customers
- Helps the point of sale attain profitable results
- Ensure strict application of in focus SOPs and is responsible for minimum score achievement as per regular target
Qualifications :
- Minimum 12 years previous experience within similar role as F&B Sales Executive
- Good communications skills both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Good knowledge of F&B service operation
- Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
