You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Tea Sommelier at Fairmont Mumbai you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests dining experience by offering expert knowledge and exceptional service related to tea. You will curate and manage an extensive tea selection educate guests and staff and create memorable tea experiences that align with our high standards of luxury and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Tea Selection and Curation: Develop and maintain a diverse and highquality tea menu including rare and specialty teas. Source and establish relationships with tea suppliers.
Guest Experience: Provide personalized tea recommendations and pairings for guests based on their preferences and dining experiences. Conduct tea tastings and educational sessions for guests.
Staff Training: Train restaurant and service staff on tea preparation presentation and service standards to ensure a consistent and highquality tea experience.
Tea Preparation: Oversee the correct preparation and presentation of teas in accordance with the established standards. Ensure the tea service area is wellmaintained and organized.
Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality and freshness of tea products. Address any issues related to tea service and make improvements as needed.
Events and Promotions: Plan and execute tearelated events promotions and collaborations to enhance the visibility and appeal of our tea offerings.
Guest Feedback: Gather and analyze guest feedback regarding tea service and make recommendations for improvements based on guest preferences and industry trends.
