Job Description
- Provide leadership for the Hotels Health Safety and Environment strategies development improvements and implementation.
- Manage online incident/accident reporting ensuring all incidents are investigated and hazards minimized or eliminated.
- Manage workplace accident reporting claims and rehabilitation within the relevant legislation.
- Act as WHS and Crisis committee secretary set agenda take and distribute minutes.
- Assist in developing and implementing emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a Health & Safety role within the Hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated analytical and commercial awareness.
- Thorough understanding of New Zealand Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
