Job Description
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Room Attendant you will take ownership of guest rooms ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean comfortable space and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them. A key focus of the position is ensuring consistent cleanliness standards apply in the rooms and public areas and attending to any guest requests or enquiries.
The ideal candidate will be energetic selfmotivated have attention to detail experience in leading and managing others and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
What you will be doing:
- Clean all assigned guestrooms and public areas to standard
- Take initiative to add a personalised experience for the guest
- Attending to guests requests and enquiries when needed
- Take ownership of guests privacy and belongings while ensuring exceptional service.
Qualifications :
Youll excel in this role if you have:
- Warm and caring personality with an eye for detail
- Previous housekeeping or customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs being professional and welcoming
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- Show attention to detail in all tasks performed.
