Qualifications :

You will be:

• A seasoned professional with at least 2 years experience as a Mixologist or Bar Manager
• Skilled in highend service with a minimum of 1 years experience in a 5star Medium to Large Hotel
• A holder of a Managers Certificate
• Qualified with a Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism or an equivalent qualification
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences with a flair for creativity in cocktail design
• An inspiring team leader capable of motivating and managing a bar team to achieve outstanding results
