Job Description
Water Sports Instructor is responsible for teaching and guiding individuals or groups in various waterbased activities ensuring safety and enhancing participants skills and enjoyment.
- Provide training sessions to individuals or groups on various water sports tailored to skill level and age.
- Offer constructive feedback to participants to improve their skills and confidence.
- Perform equipment safety checks before each session and ensure proper maintenance of gear.
- Deliver clear safety briefings to participants before any session.
- Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner to create a positive experience.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience instructing water sports or working in a similar outdoor recreation environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with groups of all ages and skill levels.
- Strong awareness of health and safety regulations in waterbased environments.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Must be physically fit able to swim proficiently and comfortable working in outdoor environments for extended periods.
