Job Description
Job Title: InSuite Dining Attendant (Fulltime)
Hourly rate: $21.25
The InSuite Dining Attendant is responsible for our guest requests which include but are not limited to tray and cart pickup delivery of guest requests and sweeping the guest floors of dishes and other InSuite Dining items. The InSuite Dining Attendant is accountable for communicating with InSuite Dining Manager Order Taker(s) and Captain on shift responsibilities executing flawless service in the front and back of house and ensuring food offering and presentation is luxury. Your passion for all things F&B will lead you to provide the highest quality of service and hospitality.
What you will be doing:
- All table/tray/cart return duties and checking with guest for pick up convenience.
- Perform floor sweeps as needed picking up used In Suite Dining equipment tableware and table linens
- Bus all tables trays and carts.
- Check with order taker captain and manager regarding specific duties for the shift
- Check service stations for necessary equipment and set up: ice dishes and utensils; replenish as needed.
- Assist guest regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- One (1) year work experience is an asset
- Previous experience in luxury hotel environment desirable
- Must be able to speak read write and understand the English language
- Requires good communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process
- Must be service oriented and capable of communicating effectively with persons involved in all levels of authority both internally and externally
Licenses or Certificates:
- Valid Drivers License
- TB Clearance
- Hawaii State Food Safety Certification
