Houseman

• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies hallways restrooms and event spaces.
• Assist housekeeping member by delivering supplies removing trash and helping with room setup and cleaning when required.
• Set up and breakdown event spaces including moving furniture arranging equipment and ensuring rooms are guestready.
• Restock linens towels and other amenities for guest rooms and common areas.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure that housekeeping storage areas are clean organized and properly stocked.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness sanitation and safety throughout the resort.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate departments.
• Support other departments with tasks as needed during peak times or special events.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Houseman or in a similar housekeeping or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Good physical condition as the role requires frequent lifting pushing and carrying of heavy items.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment tools and supplies.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Thai and basic English communications.
