Job Description
Provide safe efficient and effective driver services messenger and administrative support to the hotel.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive hotel vehicles to securely deliver and collect packages documents written and verbal messages and other items to the intended location or recipient in a timely manner;
- Maintains accurate records related to the receipt and delivery of packages documents messages and other items including tracking time of and parties to the delivery;
- Organize daily Heartist and adminrelated transportation requests of the hotel;
- Organize and coordinate pickup and dropoff of authorized personnel;
- Logs official trips daily mileage and fills in the vehicle data form at the end of the day;
- Support the hotels refurbishment project with all transportation needs;
- Performs other related duties as assigned;
- Ensure that the vehicle being used is kept in good condition;
- As and when required assist with T&C related tasks
Qualifications :
- Excellent driving skills
- Preferable good knowledge of basic car maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Drivers license and clean driving record required
- Minimum 1year experience in a related field
- 3 years of driving experience with a clean safe driving record
