Detailed Responsibilities:
Provide highquality psychiatric care to patients including diagnosis treatment and medication management
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients including therapy medication management and social support
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records including treatment plans progress notes and medication management records
Participate in treatment planning and case conferences to ensure holistic and individualized care for each patient
Contribute to improving and advancing our mental healthcare services through participation in quality improvement initiatives and staying current with evidencebased practices
Detailed Qualifications:
ANCC Board Certification or equivalent
Valid state medical license with no restrictions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and communicate compassionately with patients
Demonstrated dedication to improving mental healthcare and a strong sense of empathy and compassion for patients
