Year 3 Class Teacher (Full Time)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to join our vibrant and forwardthinking primary school located in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a positive impact on the learning journey of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of Year 3 pupils.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students are supported and challenged to reach their full potential.
- Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to inspire and motivate children in their learning.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress providing timely feedback and adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and share good practice contributing to the schools ethos of continual improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and carers ensuring open communication and engagement in their childs development.
- Uphold high standards of behaviour and academic achievement while promoting the schools values and vision.
Person Specification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching at the primary level ideally within Key Stage 2.
- Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Passionate about education with a creative approach to teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team showing initiative and a proactive attitude.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
