Job Description
The Role
We are seeking for a truly passionate hospitality professional who has a bright personality to represent and be the first impression of both Q Dining and The Quartier! You will be responsible for:
- Explaining the menu to guests assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as provide suitable assistance when recommending beverages.
- Delivering food & beverage items to tables.
- Providing all customers with memorable personal and unique experiences showcasing Hyde Haciendas flair and glamour.
- Maintaining product knowledge and maximising bar sales.
- Keeping your section of the floor organised.
- Ensure that dockets are written clearly and correctly so the cashier and kitchen can fulfill their duties effectively.
- Promptly answer the telephone and maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
Qualifications :
What you bring
- A friendly customer focused attitude with the strive to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Your Food Safety Handler Course.
- Availability to work Monday Sunday
- Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- The flexibility and reliability to work early mornings late evenings weekends and public holidays.
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
