Job Description
Location: Remote from Norway
We are seeking a proactive Senior Developer with 58 years of experience in Python and PHP capable of making and standing by significant technical decisions. This role will involve close collaboration with the Chief Architect serving as a sparring partner with the eventual goal of moving into an Architect role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Chief Architect to shape and execute technical strategies.
- Lead and support the development team in building and enhancing platformindependent solutions.
- Take ownership of key technical decisions and provide leadership on architecturerelated matters.
- Transition into an Architect role over time contributing to longterm technical planning.
Requirements:
- 58 years of solid experience in both Python and PHP development.
- Proven ability to make independent significant technical decisions.
- Desire to grow into an Architect role.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills especially in a distributed team environment.
- No strict requirements for education or specific cloud technologies (AWS Google Cloud Azure).
