Job Description
An exceptional opportunity presents itself for a Heart of House Porter to join the Food & Beverage Department at Raffles London at the OWO.
Reporting into Heart of House Manager you will be responsible for providing the appropriate support to the various Food & Beverage outlets and front of office.
Specifically as the Heart of House Porter your responsibilitys will include:
- All the areas that apply to BOH
- Maintaining of crockery glassware cutlery
- Maintaining stock of all items that relate to BOH.
- Understanding of the business needs
- Organising the BOH stores to an acceptable standard
- Managing of waste disposal and recycling
- Organising and cleaning of the loading bay
- Organising of deliveries and distributing them to the appropriate place.
Who are we looking for
- A proven track record and ability to provide high levels of service under pressure
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills both written and spoken
- An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24h operational schedule when required.
- Good etiquette and presentation
- Good understanding of working in a department that provides assistance to multiple outlets
- Understanding of health and safety food safety and COSHH
