Job Description
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet events including arranging tables chairs linens and other required items.
- Serve food and beverages during events ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Monitor guest needs during events and respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout the event.
- Assist with event preparations such as checking equipment and supplies ensuring everything is in order before the event starts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth event operations and guest satisfaction.
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards as required by the hotel.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in banquet or event service is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards of service.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
