Job Description

An exceptional opportunity presents itself for a Valet Parking Attendant to join the Residences Department at Raffles London at the OWO.

Reporting into Director of Residences you will be responsible for oversee collection parking and return of resident and hotel guest cars securely looking after and logging keys and mileage as well as cleaning and valeting cars. The role will support and offer excellent concierge services to our guest during their stay.

 

Specifically as the Valet Parking Attendant your responsibilitys will include:

  • Parking and retrieving vehicles for customers safely and promptly
  • Meeting and greeting residents and residents guests
  • Managing the valet podium
  • Keeping the valet stand and parking area clean and organised
  • Actively communicating with Hotel and Residences concierge
  • Additional responsibilities in absence of line manager or senior employee.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned including working in a different department or restaurant than usually assigned.

 

Who are we looking for

  • A proven track record and ability to provide high levels of service under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills both written and spoken.
  • An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24h operational schedule when required.
