Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating the Upper Key Stage 2 phase ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across the curriculum.
- Planning and delivering outstanding lessons that challenge and inspire Upper KS2 students fostering a love for learning.
- Mentoring and supporting colleagues to enhance their teaching practice and improve student outcomes.
- Contributing to wholeschool initiatives and strategic planning to drive continuous improvement and maintain our outstanding status.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a proven track record of success in teaching Upper Key Stage 2.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve excellence.
- A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning with a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of all students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students parents and colleagues.
