Job Description

During this educational Duty Management internship you will become familiar with all aspects of the hotel industry. The words enthusiastic and hospitable describe you perfectly. As a Duty Manager intern you are part of the entire team handling complaints and serving as an important link between the guest and the departments. At the end of your shift you are responsible for sending a report that outlines the key matters for the management team. Every day you are the point of contact for our guests staff and management providing optimal service by performing Guest Relations tasks.

You know exactly whats happening in the hotel and ensure that guest expectations are exceeded time and again. With your attentive ear and ability to respond quickly to unexpected situations you can anticipate the needs of the guest. In short an internship where you will learn a lot take on responsibility and have the opportunity to show leadership!


Qualifications :

  • You are currently following a Vocational Education Program in Hospitality related studies and are looking for a practical internship;
  • You are available for a minimum of 20 weeks including weekdays and weekends;
  • You are fluent in English and preferably also Dutch.
