As we continue to experience rapid growth we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team.
Job Overview:
As the Business Development Executive you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Dhofar Global . You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue. We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven individual who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through market research networking and cold calling
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotations to clients and negotiate contracts and agreements
Keep uptodate with industry trends market developments and competitors activities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns
Attend industry events conferences and trade shows to promote our products and services
Monitor and analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team
Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the hygiene and cleaning industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and sales skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Fluent in English both written and verbal
Valid UAE driving license
