What you will be doing:
- Greet checkin respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
- Take the initiative to add a personalized experience.
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through upselling.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a degree in Hospitality management or any related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service or in a luxury hotel.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
- Service oriented with an eye for details and ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
