Reporting to the Portfolio General Manager you will partner with executive leaders line managers and employees and work closely on a daytoday basis with the owning company
Being a bit of a financial systems wizard you will also be identifying and implementing synergies across each business unit to deliver Portfolio level efficiencies to the group.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Manage the budgeting process including forecasting and variance analysis.
Ensure effective internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets.
Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

First and foremost you love people working in tandem with a team of six finance professionals to deliver great business outcomes for our hotels and owners while providing strategic financial oversight.
You are solutionoriented and are able to successfully balance the needs of our guests & team while managing the financial & compliance responsibilities of a portfolio of 18 economy & midscale hotels across NSW / ACT / VIC / QLD / NT
