Job Description
- Reporting to the Portfolio General Manager you will partner with executive leaders line managers and employees and work closely on a daytoday basis with the owning company
- Being a bit of a financial systems wizard you will also be identifying and implementing synergies across each business unit to deliver Portfolio level efficiencies to the group.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage the budgeting process including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Ensure effective internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets.
- Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications :
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- First and foremost you love people working in tandem with a team of six finance professionals to deliver great business outcomes for our hotels and owners while providing strategic financial oversight.
- You are solutionoriented and are able to successfully balance the needs of our guests & team while managing the financial & compliance responsibilities of a portfolio of 18 economy & midscale hotels across NSW / ACT / VIC / QLD / NT
