- In charge from the meetings from the hearing of the guests to Tentative and establish quotes and negotiate prices confirming by written contracts
- To ensure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis
- To solicit Rooms and Banquet business through action plan preparation and
- execution
- To work to create new plans improve materials and tools and increase customer attraction and contract rates
- Management of bridal fairs and the other events
- To maintain accounts contact activity and business details within the appropriate software applications
- To support to Sales Manager. To prepare weekly monthly quarterly and annual reports as required
- Answering emails phone calls and the guest who come to the hotel
- To follow departmental policies and procedures
