Job Description
As the Laundry Manager at Rixos you will be responsible for overseeing all laundry operations ensuring that all linens towels and guest clothing are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. You will lead a team of laundry attendants manage inventory and ensure the efficient and effective operation of the laundry department.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a laundry management role preferably within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Knowledge of laundry operations equipment and chemicals.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
