Job Description
An Engineering Supervisor oversees the maintenance and repair of the facilitys infrastructure and equipment. This role involves managing a team of engineers and maintenance staff ensuring compliance with safety standards and coordinating preventative maintenance programs. The supervisor also addresses guest and staff maintenance requests conducts regular inspections and manages inventory of tools and supplies. Strong technical knowledge leadership skills and problemsolving abilities are essential for ensuring the hotels operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Facilities Management or related field preferred.
- 35 years in facility maintenance or engineering roles with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems HVAC plumbing and electrical systems.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent troubleshooting and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. HVAC electrical) are a plus.
