Job Description
A civil litigation firm based in Denver Colorado representing individuals with disability and life insurance disputes (including ERISAgoverned claims) Colorado PERA disability claims accidental death claims and longterm care insurance denials.
Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for an Associate Attorney at our office in Denver CO.
Qualifications
- Legal expertise in Insurance Law and ERISA (preferred but not required)
- Ability to provide Legal Advice and conduct Research
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Colorado
