What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets
- Analyze market trends competitor performance and economic factors to make informed pricing and inventory decisions.
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue per available room (RevPAR) and other key performance indicators.
- Oversee distribution channels including direct bookings online travel agencies (OTAs) global distribution systems (GDS) and other distribution partners.
- Monitor channel performance and adjust distribution strategies to optimize revenue and minimize distribution costs.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships with distribution partners to enhance the hotels visibility and reach.
- Develop accurate revenue forecasts based on historical data market trends and upcoming events.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish annual budgets and revenue targets.
- Monitor performance against budget and forecast identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights and identify revenue optimization opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management highlighting key performance metrics trends and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with sales marketing and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads in implementing revenue optimization initiatives.
- Foster a culture of revenue management excellence throughout the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven experience in revenue management or related roles within the hospitality industry preferably in luxury or 5star hotels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative revenue strategies.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of achieving revenue targets and driving profitability.
