Hello
We have an Excellent opportunity available for LPN please go through with given below job details:
Position: Local or Travel LPN
Location: Santa fe NM 87505
Facility: Genesis Healthcare
Shifts: 6 AM 6 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay Range:
Local LPN: $35 $37 per hour
Travel LPN: $40 $50 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Deliver highquality nursing care to patients ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient conditions documenting vital signs and health changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene mobility and nutritional needs.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families fostering a therapeutic environment.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:
Certificates:
- Valid LPN license in New Mexico or a multistate LPN license.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) or ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Proof of COVID19 vaccination.
Experience:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as required.
