Job Description
- You will set up and deliver group and personal wellness and fitness sessions for guests.
- You are passionate about positively influencing the wellbeing of yourself and your guests.
- You have a keen interest in holistic therapies and love passing on your knowledge and skills to others.
- Eager to combine your energy to deliver truly outstanding yoga sessions and will be able to demonstrate the qualities and experience to others.
- To ensure that the fitness Centre and Yoga areas kept in the optimum condition and up to date on latest fitness trends.
- To be available for Private Lessons in Personal Fitness Training and Fitness Programs Yoga different styles Pilates Meditation classes when requested.
- To assist in areas that are requested out of your usual scope of work.
- To participate in any training sessions when requested.
- To be able to perform first aid.
- To be able to converse well with our guests.
Qualifications :
- Should know Yoga Sound healing Physiotherapy Acupuncture PT background
- Degree in Physical Education Recreation or Sports
- Minimum 2 years experience in Hospitality Industry as fitness instructor
