Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic serviceminded ambassador for the Banquet Server position.

  • Candidate will be responsible for serving guests for both social and corporate banquet events.
  • Responsibilities include setup of buffets butlering hors doeuvres setting & clearing tables serving guest food items interacting with guests and ensuring all service is delivered according to Sofitel and AAA 4diamond standards.
  • Must be flexible with schedule as well as be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Exercise good judgment and intuition to anticipate guests needs. Take initiative to connect with guests inquire about their experience and ensure their satisfaction. 

Qualifications :

  • A positive cando attitude and an ability to multitask in a fast paced exciting environment while working alongside a diverse group of colleagues 
  • Skilled in communicating with guests and colleagues with a polished appearance and a poised demeanor
  • Ability to naturally engage with guests and show empathy; have genuine care and concern for both the wellbeing of our guests and fellow team members 
  • A desire to learn and grow in a professional fun and chic environment!
