Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work TWO of the following:
Thanksgiving and weekend after
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after
New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after
NonBillable Orientation: 0
Multipliers (OT Holiday CallBack): 1.25%

Charge/Preceptor: Not applicable for this need

- 2 years of current ICU experience
- EPIC experience
- Arterial Line experience
- May float to PCU
- Proficient with IV Drips Ventilators Hemodynamic Monitoring and Vaso Pressures
- Charge and preceptor abilities a PLUS
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Profile Requirements:

- License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys BLS ACLS NIHSS and PERM ADDRESS)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
