Job Description
You will be responsible for checking in and out guests in a smooth and efficient manner ensuring all guest complaints are managed professionally ability to understand hotel facilities and their locations as well as understanding Sydney and the locations to visit if a guest asks. We also want YOU to showcase your personality and be the REAL DEAL.
Qualifications :
