Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Working overnight from 11pm to 7am with the availability to work shifts across a 7 day roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Conduct daily balancing and reconciliation across the night audit process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly efficiently and courteously during checkin checkout and for the duration of our guests stay.
- Maintain procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation.
- Assist guests with luggage and other concierge duties as required.
- Actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guests.
Qualifications :
- Exceptional customer service experience preferably within a hotel Front Office department.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining highlevel awareness of your surroundings.
- A naturally confident personality with the ability to approach people and initiate conversation.
- Competent computer skills (experience in Opera is desirable).
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
