WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly efficiently and courteously during checkin checkout and for the duration of our guests stay.
- Assist guests with luggage and other concierge duties.
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts on departure
- Promote and upsell hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism maintaining procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation.
Qualifications :
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Exceptional customer service experience preferably working within a hotel front office
- Competent computer user (experience with Opera PMS ideal).
- Availability to work varied shifts from early mornings late evenings and overnight including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
