What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Working knowledge of and handson involvement with coordinating and servicing events on and off property including set up bar service food service and closing
- Maintains close contact with client representative(s) guests and colleagues
- Clearly communicates with Rooms Culinary Stewarding and other departments both verbally and in writing
- Owns and follows up on requests from clients and colleagues
- Assists F&B leadership with daytoday tasks and projects
- Take initiative on solving problems and challenges
Qualifications :
- Food and Beverage experience as F&B Supervisor shift lead lead bartender
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work long hours day and night including weekends and holidays
- Looks at the big picture and adjusts the small details
- RBS and ServeSafe certifications
- Able to clearly communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with clients vendors colleagues kitchen and other hotel departments.
