Job Description
Reporting to the Engineering Manager this part time role will assist the team in the day to day maintenance of the hotel with a primary focus on painting maintenance.
The role is allocated for 3 full days per week (flexible with the chosen days) and will include the following job tasks:
- Painting maintenance
- Mark/Graffiti Removal
- Patching and full repainting of walls
- Daily plant rounds
- Maintenance on mechanical equipment and water reticulation
- Public Areas maintenance
Qualifications :
Previous handyperson experience is essential. This job can require heavy lifting and manual labour so a high level of strength and fitness is required. You will bring the ability to focus on finding a solution to every problem and a desire to provide exceptional guest service.
