Job Title: Engineering & Maintenance Manager
Location: Clifton NJ (Onsite)
Duration: Full Time: Permanent
Shift: 8 Hours a day 40 hours a week
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an Engineering And Maintenance Manager at Clifton NJ Plant. The role involves managing equipment maintenance implementing preventive maintenance strategies overseeing maintenance management and coordinating repairs to ensure smooth operations at the facility.
MUST HAVE:
- Experience in the food production industry is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Supervisory skills and experience
- Proficiency in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance
- Knowledge of maintenance management practices
- Ability to perform maintenance and repairs
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
