Job Description
Location: Remote (Spain preferably Madrid)
Languages: English (high level) Spanish (fluent)
We are seeking an experienced Project Implementation Consultant with expertise in EC Time Management (Time Off Time Sheet Time Tracking) and strong Employee Central (EC) knowledge.
Tasks
- Lead the implementation of EC Time Management solutions.
- Gather client requirements and configure SuccessFactors to meet needs.
- Ensure smooth integration of EC and Time Management modules.
- Provide technical configuration data migration testing and postgolive support.
- Work independently in an Englishspeaking environment and collaborate with global teams.
- Deliver training and support change management for clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management and Employee Central.
- Fullcycle project implementation experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Based in Spain (preferably Madrid).
