Shift time 2:20PM10:30PM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Daily Requirements:
1. ECoats
2. Equipment Calibration
3. Special Request by Volkswagen personnel. Must be completed before end of shift.
Weekly Requirements:
1. BIWs
Monthly Requirements:
2. TARs
3. ECoat Oven Curves
4. Gel Oven Curves
5. Intermediate Oven Curves
6. Topcoat Oven Curves
Quarterly Requirements:
1. Wax Oven Curves
Employee Requirements:
Equipment Care:
1. Always wearing the wrist strap.
2. Only carry one piece of equipment at a time.
3. Watch surroundings when carrying equipment.
4. Make sure that calibration tools are stored properly so they wont get damaged.
Physical needs:
1. Must always wear appropriate PPE.
2. Need to be able to carry a backpack roughly 2030 lbs. of expensive equipment constantly.
3. Need to be able to walk around 6 miles a day. As well as up and down stairs.
4. Needs to be able to work in inclement weather.
Skills:
1. Microsoft Office efficiency: Excel Power Point and outlook skills are necessary.
2. Time management and selfmanagement
3. Critical thinking
4. Detail oriented.
