What will your key responsibilities be
- Supervise and support the entire housekeeping team on a daytoday basis.
- Inspire and drive productivity motivation and development among all Housekeeping Team Members.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and productivity in alignment with company guidelines.
- Organize and allocate room assignments for team members on shift.
- Ensure compliance with chemical safety and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
- Monitor labor costs and productivity in relation to occupancy levels while conducting daily inspections to uphold cleanliness standards.
Qualifications :
- Detailoriented with prior leadership experience in housekeeping.
- Possess excellent communication interpersonal and time management skills complemented by a friendly and outgoing personality.
- A quick thinker able to adapt and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrate exceptional grooming and presentation skills.
- A proactive leader and team player willing to be handson to help the team succeed.
- Proficient in both Portuguese and English.
- A background in hospitality is a plus.
